Order Delivery Timeline

After an order is successfully placed, the product is processed and shipped as per our standard timelines.

• 90% of orders are delivered within 8 to 14 business days from the date of order confirmation.

• Cash on Delivery (COD) orders and customized orders may take up to 2 additional business days beyond the standard delivery timeline.

• Business days exclude Sundays and public holidays.

While we strive to deliver orders within the mentioned timelines, delays may occur due to:

• Supply chain disruptions

• Courier partner delays

• Unforeseen operational or logistical challenges

In such cases, delivery timelines may be extended. Customers will be informed wherever possible.

In the event of a Return to Origin (RTO) or any special return scenario, customers are required to contact us directly for assistance.

For any approved return:

• The customer is responsible for properly affixing the provided return label on the package.

• The package must be securely packed to ensure it is returned to us without damage or transit issues.

• Failure to follow return instructions may result in delays or rejection of the return.

• Delivery timelines are estimates and not guaranteed.

• The company is not responsible for delays caused by courier partners, weather conditions, or force majeure events.

• Orders once placed are considered confirmed and processed as per our policies.
