We offer this website, including all information, tools, and services available from this site to you, the user, conditioned upon your acceptance of all terms, conditions, policies, and notices stated here.

2. Order Processing and Delivery

• All orders placed through our website are subject to availability and confirmation.
• After an order is placed and confirmed, the product(s) will be delivered within 10 to 14 business days from the date of booking.
• Delivery timelines may vary based on location, public holidays, or unforeseen circumstances, but we strive to meet the stated delivery period.

3. Payment

• We accept [list payment methods, e.g., credit/debit cards, UPI, net banking, etc.].
• Prices for our products are subject to change without notice.

4. Returns and Refunds

• We don’t have any refund policy
• Returns will only be accepted if a valid unboxing video is provided.
• The unboxing video must begin immediately upon delivery and must clearly show:
    o The entire outer package from all sides before opening.
    o The process of opening the package without any cuts or edits.
    o The contents inside the package, clearly showing any issues or defects.
• Any return request made without a valid unboxing video will not be entertained under any circumstances.
• If the customer fails to record such a video upon delivery, the return request will be automatically dismissed, regardless of the reason for return.
• Once approved, instructions for returning the product will be shared. Refunds or replacements will be processed only after the product is received and inspected.

5. Partial Cash on Delivery (COD)

• We offer a Partial COD option for your convenience.
• Under this option, customers are required to pay a minimal advance of ₹150 at the time of placing the order on our website.
• The remaining amount can be paid in cash at the time of delivery.
• This advance helps us ensure order security and reduce fake bookings.
• Please note that this advance amount is non-refundable in cases where the customer cancels the order after shipping or refuses to accept the delivery.

6. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update or change these terms and conditions at any time. Changes will be posted on this page and will take effect immediately.
